Kareena Kapoor has said that she has high hopes for her new film Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu.
However, the actor suggested that the project should not be compared to Dharma Productions' recent release Agneepath.
"See, it's a different kind of film. We don't expect it to break box office records but we are definitely expecting it to be a successful and appreciated film," Kapoor told Bollywood reporter Sunny Malik.
"I hope everyone says that the performances were great," added the fourth-generation star.
Kapoor's co-star Imran Khan expressed a similar view on the romantic comedy's potential at the box office.
"Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu is the kind of film everyone will speak well of," revealed Khan. "Number wise I never know how to predict these things and to tell you the truth I don't see it as an Agneepath record-breaking film."
The Karan Johar production will release on February 10.
